Idaho Gives and the Lee Pesky Learning Center

Idaho Gives 2020

Idaho Gives presents an incredible opportunity to unite us around causes in which we truly believe and help nonprofit organizations connect to the larger community. Idaho Gives – a program of the Idaho Nonprofit Center – is designed to bring the state together, raising money and awareness for Idaho nonprofits.

This year, due to the increased need of support to the nonprofit sector because of COVID-19, the online giving period has been extended! Donations can be collected from April 23-May 7.

The Lee Pesky Learning Center

As a Board member of the Lee Pesky Learning Center, I strongly believe in LPLC's vision to create a pathway to learning for everyone. LPLC works tirelessly to understand and overcome obstacles to learning for the 1 in 5 with learning and attention challenges. I am proud to be a part of this incredible organization. Unfortunately, LPLC was forced to cancel its annual Pathways to Learning event this year. LPLC is a non-profit organization and this event helps to raise dollars that go directly to support students, families, teachers and communities. But the need has never been more crucial – we have client families in need of temporary support and teachers requesting resources to support students at home.

Thankfully, Idaho Gives offers us a chance to raise critical funds.Beginning Thursday, April 23, and continuing until the official day of giving on Thursday, May 7,William Young and Associates would appreciate you making a donation to support Lee Pesky Learning Center.
