Today Is A Big Day

One year ago today, I opened the law firm of William James Young, PLLC with the intent of providing the best possible criminal defense for every client in every case. I am proud to say that after a year we are not only still here, we are thriving! We have grown in size and in strength since Oct. 1, 2018 but our mission remains the same. I reached the milestone of five-years in practice, we moved to our current office in downtown Boise, and we added attorney Christi Schofield to the team (becoming "William Young And Associates" in the process). In turn, we have been able to provide better representation and serve more clients: representing over 135 clients in over 150 cases in the last year all while maintaining our high standard of client satisfaction. I would like to personally thank all those individuals who trusted us to handle their legal representation; I take that trust seriously and I hope we have exceeded your expectations in every way. Somehow in all this excitement, Samantha, the firm's incredible legal assistant, even found time to have her first child - Jackson, born in early September.

I would also like to thank Kelsea Donahue, our amazing intern and legal assistant, for all her help over the last year. Our success as a firm was only possible with your help. Alas, we lost Kelsea to University of Idaho's College of Law in September, but I am going to make every effort to bring her back three years from now when she is a full fledged attorney.

While I am proud of where we have been and how much we have achieved, the mission is nowhere near over. We are committed to continuing our goal of excellent service to all our clients.
