While a plea may be a good idea in one case it may not in another. In fact, even under the same facts and the same offer a plea deal may be reasonable to one person but have dire effects on another. Only after reviewing the case, talking with the prosecutor, and understanding the cost/benefit to the client will an attorney be able to advice you about a plea deal.
