Can You Guarantee Me A Result?

NO! Nor would I ever even consider making a guarantee! There is no set equation to determine the result of a case and we are not fortune tellers. Every case is different and it is impossible to predict how a case will resolve. The result in a given case is dependent on about a thousand different variables, many of them outside of our control.

Do I Get My Money Back If You Do Not Get A Result I Am Happy With?

No. As discussed above, the result of a case is dependent on many different factors, many outside of our control. Hiring an attorney does not guarantee that you will be satisfied with the result at the end of the case. Many people leave the end of a criminal case unhappy with the legal system, the judge, the prosecutor, etc; all we can do is work hard to make sure you are satisfied with the service we provide. 

Further, no any result is of your choosing, not ours. Any plea deal will require your acceptance to proceed forward and if you choose to go to trial, you do so knowing the risks. As such, the result of a case is up to you, not us.
