Jurisdiction: Ada County.
Result: Dismissed the PCS, client plead guilty to the Paraphernalia charge - $150 fine.

This is another very good result in Ada County. With all the dire effects that a PCS conviction can have on a persons life to get that charge dismissed and only have a fine to pay on the Para - no community service, no probation, no jail - leaves my client in a great position moving forward with his life.
