This year, both attorneys in the firm received the SuperLawyers Rising Star award in the area of criminal defense for the second year in a row. Only 2.5% of all attorneys receive this award, and only three Idaho attorneys received this award in 2022. To be eligible, candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Attorneys are first nominated and then must go through a difficult selection process based on several factors, including verdicts, education, experience, honors, professional activity, and other achievements. This is huge accomplishment for both Ms. Schofield and Mr. Young.
