Last week Will Young went to battle for one of our clients - and won! Nearly a year of work representing our client on a charge of Misdemeanor Reckless Driving culminated in a one day trial. By the end of the day our client received a long awaited verdict: not guilty. This was a hard fought case that the prosecutor's office should have dismissed months prior. Unfortunately, the State refused to see reason and continued to pursue the criminal allegations. We hope this result will convince them to rethink their position on similar cases in the future.
